Dustin Scaife

Principal Engineer

As a principal engineer, Dustin supports all aspects of the process to engineer a distributed energy system solution, starting out by working with the client to determine their needs, working through the energy modelling, and then design and engineering support for the final solution.

Dustin joined the organization in 2019 following engineering and management positions with EnSync Energy Systems and Eaton. He holds Bachelor’s and Associate’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 kids. Family cards and board games are a favorite pastime in their home. In his free time, Dustin enjoys campfires, running, biking and cooking.
