Marketing Communications Manager

As a marketing communications manager, Haily is responsible for the design and implementation of marketing communications strategies that support FTI’s business priorities and initiatives. She works with leaders and subject matter experts to provide insight and strategy on the channels and messages needed to drive awareness, market development, and inform and engage audiences. Her support focuses on the energy space within FTI, supporting our EnTech Solutions division and its mission to Make Clean Energy Smarter™.

Haily joined the organization in 2014. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Throughout her career, she has gained diverse experience at FTI, starting from marketing-related tasks that contributed to the overall business, then transitioning to internal communications aimed at engaging and educating team members within the organization, and ultimately providing support to FTI’s energy sector where her passions lie.

Outside of work, Haily enjoys all things active and spending time with friends and family. In the summer, you can often find her by a body of water with her husband and two dogs, sailing, participating in motorized and un-motorized water sports or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend up north. During the winter season, she is an avid alpine skier.
